These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.greenhorizontrade.com and any successor site operated by Green Horizon Trading ("Green Horizon," "we," "us," or "our"), including our educational content, Premium membership, and scanner software subscriptions (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Educational Purpose — Not Financial Advice

The Services provide general trading education, strategy information, market commentary, and software tools. Nothing on the Services constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and Green Horizon is not a registered broker-dealer or investment advisor. See our Trading Disclaimer for important additional information, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or subscription.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

  • Premium membership and scanner software subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) through PayPal.
  • Where a free trial is offered, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Pricing for current plans is displayed on our Pricing page at the time of purchase; pricing is subject to change with reasonable advance notice for existing subscribers.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Specific refund eligibility, if any, will be described on our Pricing page or provided at the time of purchase. Absent a stated refund policy, subscriptions are non-refundable for partial billing periods.

Scanner Software License

Scanner software products (PreMarket Scanner, News Scanner, Momentum Scanner, and Market Replay) are licensed, not sold, to you for your personal use for as long as your subscription for that product remains active. Access is verified periodically and may require an internet connection to confirm an active subscription. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or share your license with others.

Where a scanner product requires a third-party account or service (for example, an STT/"Stocks To Trade" account), maintaining that third-party account is your responsibility and is separate from your Green Horizon subscription.

Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to circumvent subscription/licensing controls, scraping or redistributing Premium content, or interfering with the security or normal operation of the Services.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including strategy write-ups, articles, videos, software, graphics, and the Green Horizon Trading name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Green Horizon and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Premium or licensed content except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may reference or link to third-party tools, brokers, data providers, or services (for example, PayPal for payments, or third-party charting/scanner data sources). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY STRATEGY OR SCANNER SIGNAL WILL RESULT IN PROFITABLE TRADES.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREEN HORIZON TRADING WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services and cancel your subscription(s) at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law. (Owner/counsel to confirm the appropriate governing law and venue before publication.)

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
